Did you know that in 1976, Congress passed the Toxic Substance Control Act which grandfathered between 63,000 – 100,000 chemicals that were on the market. These chemicals were grandfathered in without any testing, and they are simply unregulated. 

Currently, only about 50% of the chemicals on the market have had any testing to give us an idea of the damage they are doing to our health. Under this Act, the manufacturers are protected from any liability from the damage done to the consumer by them.

I don’t know about you, but I want something better for my family. I want to know that the things we use in our home are not causing cancers, reproductive damage, skin irritations, emotional turmoil, and endangering the lives of my children, grandchildren, and pets.
