Want to make the most of your Thieves Laundry detergent? Need help with a Stain Stick? Want a Laundry Booster? We’ve got you, friend!

As consumers, we are so conditioned to use lots of product for everything! Detergents, shampoo, and cleaners are all filled with water, fragrances, and other fillers that require us to use more product. Therefore, the packaging is larger! Young Living products are not diluted with fillers and unnecessary ingredients. We see the smaller packaging and think we are getting less product. But, the truth is, we just don’t need nearly as much product to get the job done! As an added bonus, we create much less waste for the landfills!

Young Living’s laundry detergent as packaged contains enough for 64 loads. I have a hack for you that triples your detergent! It will cost you less than $0.20/load for non-toxic, powerful detergent that is safe for the whole family!

Thieves Laundry Soap Hack
Split 32oz bottle of Thieves Laundry Soap into thirds.
Add each third to a 32 oz pump bottle
To each bottle add:
2 capfuls of Thieves Household Cleaner
30 drops Lavender Essential Oil
30 drops Purification Essential Oil
Slowly fill bottles with water and gently mix to incorporate.
Use 2 pumps per load.

Laundry Boost
32 oz glass bottle
1 capful of Thieves Household Cleaner
1/4 cup hydrogen peroxide
3-5 drops Lemon Essential Oil
Fill with water.
Add to your bleach dispenser in your washer.

Fabric Softener
32 oz glass bottle
Fill with white vinegar
Add 50 drops of your favorite essential oil. I love to use Lavender essential oil.
Pour into your fabric softener dispenser in your washing machine for soft, static-free clothes!

Stain Stick
Fill a scrub brush 1/2 with Thieves Laundry Soap and 1/2 with Thieves Household Cleaner
Scrub your stains and ring around the collar before you throw your laundry into your washer!

I also love to use Wool Dryer Balls! I add a few drops of essential oil to my dryer balls and toss them into the dryer with the wet clothes. You can use Lavender for sheets, Purification for towels that sat in the washer too long (tell me I’m not the only one!), Lemon for your kitchen towels. You get to pick! Wool Dryer balls cut your drying time, saving you money. They also last 1000 loads, so they are incredibly cost effective!

Please, please, if you have dryer sheets in your home, throw them away. They are among the most toxic things in your house. They coat your clothes, sheets, towels, with you are constantly covered with, absorbing the nasty toxins into your body every day. Wool Dryer Balls are a fabulous way to start your toxin free journey. Easiest thing ever!

I hope you found these laundry hacks helpful! They make doing laundry that much more enjoyable! Well, at least you aren’t going to be breathing in all the toxins while you’re taking care of this chore.
